The following and a $30 non-refundable registration fee must be submitted before the application is reviewed for acceptance:

St. Bridget preschool 3-year-old program accepts children who will be three years of age by September 1 of the given year.
St. Bridget preschool 4-year-old program accepts children who will be four years of age by September 1 of the given year.
The following and a $30 registration fee must be submitted before the application is reviewed for acceptance:

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Manchester Board of Education Student Health/Developmental History Form
• Office of Catholic Schools Religious/Ethnicity Form
• Health Form - must include date of last wellness physical and date of all vaccinations (Please include current physical information and send in updated form after doctor visit)
